Event: Jazmin Sasky Grand Opening Art Show

On Thursday, February 12th, 2015 local artist, Jazmin Sasky will be unveiling an art show that she has created through meaningful interpretations of conversations she had with YWCA single moms and staff, by their tales of hardship, hope, love or inspiration. The show is called Home is Love and 25% of proceeds will be donated to YWCA Cause We Care House, a new housing community that will provide 21 units of safe, affordable long-term housing for low-income single mothers and their children in the Strathcona/Downtown Eastside.
